A residential cladding and SFS framing package for a new-build development in Basingstoke, delivering a high-quality external envelope with fibre cement lap cladding and full breather membrane installation.

G&E MD Construction Ltd delivered a complete cladding package across multiple residential plots at this Basingstoke development. Works included timber frame wall panel installation, Cromar Vent Classic breather membrane, SFS framing, and fibre cement lap cladding to all elevations — providing excellent thermal performance and a contemporary finish.

All works were carried out safely and on programme, in close coordination with the main contractor and other trades on site.
